The Rolling Green Community Association is charged with the responsibility of maintaining our common areas at the entrance and lake, and enforcing the Declarations of Restrictions (see below). The RGCA also coordinates our Neighborhood Watch, publishes the Ripples newsletter, manages the website and email announcements, and provides events and activities throughout the year for the benefit of our residents. All residents of the Rolling Green neighborhood are encouraged to join the RGCA.

The original developers of Rolling Green took great care to establish guidelines, known as the Declaration of Restrictions, for the design and construction of homes in our neighborhood. These restrictions are recorded among the Land Records of Harford County. As our community matured, the responsibiity for enforcing those guidelines was transferred to the Rolling Green Community Association. The Restrictions apply to all Rolling Green Development residents regardless of their membership in the RGCA.
